Complex.
The
Action Line service includes a site visit and a call back to the
complainant about any action taken. This service is run by Qenos
on behalf of the ACNCG. All complaints are passed on to the Environment
protection Authority and the City of Hobson Bay Council within 48
hours. Callers may remain anonymous.
